
In March 2009, Kristal Forest from the Camp Verde, Arizona area was reported missing and YCSO Detectives are seeking help from the public. Kristal was moving from Arizona to Texas and never arrived. The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information regarding this incident, or who noticed any suspicious vehicles or persons in this area, to please call the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
During the week of August 31, 2008, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office received several reports of vandalism in the Rimrock and Lake Montezuma areas of Yavapai County.

Two burglaries occurred in Castle Canyon area in the early morning hours. YCSO is asking for assistance from the public for information regarding residential burglaries and other suspicious activity.
Arizona law enforcement agencies statewide are requesting assistance in locating this individual in reference to stolen checks. Please contact your local law enforcement agency if you have any information.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have seen activity at “The Shop” over the weekend of May 30 through June 2nd.
This theft occurred sometime between May 23rd and May 27th – 2008. Anyone with information in encouraged to contact YCSO.
On May 2, 2008, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office received another report about a theft from a vehicle, a white Mitsubishi Lancer with Massachusetts plates, which was parked at the Chavez Ranch Trailhead on Chavez Ranch Road in Sedona.
On February 21, 2008, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary at the Wilhoit Country Store located on Highway 89 at Steven Trail in Wilhoit. The victim / owner explained that the suspect had forced entry into the store by breaking out a window and once inside, stole several cartons of cigarettes and cigarette packs.
