(Parcel 1) All the portion of Parcel 112, Crossroads Ranch Phase 5 Amended, as recorded in Book 41 of Land Surveys, Pages 83-86, Records of Yavapai County, Arizona and located in Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 3 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian; and, (Parcel 2) An Easement for Ingress, Egress and Public Utilities over that portion of Parcel 112, Crossroads Ranch Phase 5 Amended, as recorded in Book 41 of Land Surveys, Pages 83-86, Records of Yavapai County, Arizona.
