BROOKS, as trustee of the BROOKS FAMILY TRUST, TRUST A, dated April 22, 1987, and AUDREY GORHAM TRUST, 1992, dated April 27, 1992, as Trustees and Personally, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, et al. Defendants,
WHEREAS, pursuant to an execution issued out of the above-named court in the above-entitled action upon a judgment for the Prescott Canyon Estates HOA, and against Charles C. Brooks, as Trustee of the Brooks Family Trust, Trust A, dated April 22, 1987, and Audrey Gorham Trust, 1992, dated April 27, 1992, as Trustees and Personally, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, et al., entered on the FEBRUARY 20, 2024, in the amount of $4,908.15 (FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND FIFTEEN CENTS, and accruing costs if any. I have levied upon all of the right, title and interest of the judgement debtor in the following described property:

TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS SITUATE THEREON AND ALL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES APPURTENANT THERETO. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, DAVID RHODES, the Sheriff of Yavapai County, on the 9th day of July 2025, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock at the north steps of the Yavapai County Courthouse located in Prescott, Arizona, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all of the right, title and interest of the defendants in and to the above-described property to satisfy said judgement. There is a 30-day Redemption period, plus 5 days.
