WHEREAS, pursuant to an execution is sued out of the above-named court in the above-entitled action
upon a judgement for the Plaintiff FOREST HYLANDS HOA, and against the defendants, ERICK
EVANS, et al. , entered on the 5th day of January 2026, in the amount of $10,450.04 and accruing costs if
any. I have levied upon all of the right, title and interest of the judgement debtor in the following
described property:
Parcel Number: 107-13-145 - Address: 420 JOSEPH ST, PRESCOTT, AZ
Description:
LOT 141, FOREST HYLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF RECORD
IN BOOK 20 OF MAPS, PAGES 29-30, RECORDS OF YAVAPAI COUNTY, AZ
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, DAVID RHODES, the Sheriff of Yavapai County, on the 9th day of
September 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock at the north steps of the Yavapai County Courthouse located
in Prescott, Arizona, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all of the right, title and
interest of the defendants in an to the above-described property to satisfy said judgement. There is a 30-
day Redemption period, plus 5 days.
NOTICE TO JUDGEMENT DEBTOR
Title 33, chapter 8, article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, may permit you to protect your residence
from certain types of legal process through the homestead exemption. If you are in doubt as to your
