YCSO had an amazing time connecting with our community at HopeFest 2026 on Saturday (Sept 19)!
We were grateful for the chance to meet so many families, answer questions, and share resources that support safety and well‑being here in Yavapai County. We gave out information on how to avoid becoming the next scam victim (in less than 3 years, $21 million has been reported to YCSO as money lost to scammers), the potential dangers of Kratom/7-OH (which many people have not heard of), how to sign up for Smart911 emergency alerts, and YCSO volunteer opportunities (including Search and Rescue).
Events like HopeFest remind us how strong our community is when we come together. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made the day such a success, we appreciate you!
What is HopeFest? HopeFest Arizona is a free, family‑friendly community event at the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza. It brings together local organizations and volunteers to support veterans, first responders, families, and vulnerable individuals through live music, a car & bike show, and the HOPE Serves Resource Fair.
Thanks again to the many folks who gave us kind words of support!
