GRAPEVINE FIRE AND EVERBRIDGE EVACUATION UPDATE

PRESCOTT ARIZONA (July 27, 2023)– The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the wildfire incident management team plan to return the area of Whitehorse Ranch to a SET status, allowing residents to return to their homes this evening at 7pm, Thursday July 27, 2023.   **Please be aware, these plans are tentative, and may change based on fire behavior and other safety considerations. We ask that you continue to monitor Everbridge notifications and the YCSO Facebook and website page for updates or changes. **

Residents returning will need documentation of residency to return and will need to check in at the roadblock located at Highway 169 and Old Cherry Rd. The area will be open to residents and public safety personnel only.  Please remember that there is still fire-fighting equipment and personnel in the area so exercise extreme caution and slow down for everyone's safety.

ROADBLOCKS: The current roadblock is on Highway 169 and Old Cherry Rd.  

The SET status for the 4-H Camp and Cherry Community are still in effect and is open to residents and public safety personnel only.
