Villas at seven canyons vs Imperios holding LLC:
WHEREAS, pursuant to an execution issued out of the above-named court in the above-entitled action upon a judgment for the VILLAS AT SEVEN CANYONS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, AN ARIZONA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, and against IMPERIOS HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, reputed owner, Sedona Development Partners, entered on the 3RD day of June, 2025, in the amount of One hundred sixty thousand thirty-six and 27/100, court costs of One thousand thirteen and 42/100 together with interest thereon from the said date at the rate of 8.5% (one percent (1%) plus federal reserve prime rate) percent per annum and costs in the sum of Five thousand five hundred seventy-three and 50/100 from the said date of signed Judgment. I have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the judgment debtor in the following described property:
Parcel No.1: An undivided 1/10th interest in Unit No. A22, also known as Sales No. 86 of The Villas at Seven Canyons-Parcel A, a Condominium, according to the plat recorded In Book 54, Page 78 through 81, Maps and Plats of the Official Records of Yavapai County, Arizona, as amended and supplemented from time to time, and as defined and described In the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium and Fractional Ownership Plan of The Villas at Seven Canyons, a condominium, recorded in Book 4792, Page 591 Official Records of Yavapai County, Arizona and as amended and supplemented from time to time; Together with an undivided 1/10th share of the Common Elements allocated to said Unit, as more specifically set forth in Section 6.1 of the Condominium Declaration and Exhibit "B" to the Condominium Declaration.
Parcel No.2: A non-exclusive easement on, over and across that portion of Tract L designated as F and G Easements, as shown of the final plat of Sedona at Seven Canyons- Unit 1, which plat was recorded on March 19, 2003 in Book 47 of Maps, pages 10 to 15, Inclusive, in the Official Records of Yavapai County, Arizona. No.3: A non-exclusive easement over Rancho Del Oro Parkway, as set forth in Nonexclusive Access Easement recorded April 27, 2005, In Book 4257 of Official Records, page 632, Yavapai County, Arizona
(the “Property”).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, DAVID RHODES, the Sheriff of Yavapai County, on the DATE OF SALE, at the hour of 10 o’clock am at the north steps of the Yavapai County Courthouse located in Prescott, Arizona, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all of the right, title and interest of the defendants in and to the above-described property to satisfy said judgment. There is a 6-Month Redemption period.

WHEREAS, pursuant to an execution issued out of the above-named court in the above-entitled action upon a judgment for the FOREST HYLANDS HOA, an Arizona non-profit corporation and against ERICK EVANS, entered on the 5TH DAY OF JANUARY 2026, in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR AND 79/100, court costs of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FOURTY-ONE AND 75/100 together with interest thereon from the said date at the rate of 8.5% (one percent (1%) plus federal reserve prime rate) percent per annum and attorney’s costs in the sum of THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-THREE AND 50/100 from the said date of signed Judgment. I have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the judgment debtor in the following described property:
